Deputy Lieutenant; Robin Iffla MBE DL attended at Queen Victoria School and met the Army Section of the School’s Combined Cadet Force on Wednesday 13th November 2019.
Whilst there he was able to meet a number of the Cadets, all pupils at the School, and their Instructors. To the surprise of all those pictured above, and on behalf of the Lieutenanc,y Robin was proud to promote them to Cadet Lance Corporal and Cadet Corporal. Congratulations to all those promoted.
Liaising with the military; Regular, Reserve and Cadets, and fostering positive links is a key priority for the Lord-Lieutenant and the Lieutenancy.
