The Lord-Lieutenant was pleased to join Captain Nick Dorman, Chairman of Highland Reserve Forces and Cadets Association and Colonel John Tonner, Commandant of the Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders ACF to open the new cadet building in Bo’ness. The Lord-Lieutenant said “This is a great new facility and part of a refurbishment of the cadet estate throughout the north of Scotland using a high quality standard design.” Whilst there the Lord-Lieutenant also presented Captain Niall Archibald with his Cadet Forces Medal.
